The Young Leaders programme which was created earlier this decade to engage the next generation of real estate industry leaders, now has over 500 members across Europe.
The reason behind this explosive increase in younger members, is the direct result of an inclusivity initiative launched four years ago - the Young Leader Groups (YLGs). The key to its success is for ULI to give younger members free reign to design the programming they want and to fill the leadership positions to make it happen. Today, 52 District Councils worldwide include YLGS and global membership has topped 3,000.

ULI is a non-profit organisation and relies on the contribution of its corporate supporters to provide supplementary programming, such as Young Leaders.
