Associate Member
Our core level of membership. You will become part of a global network of real estate professionals and enjoy a range of benefits including:

Private Sector Subscription: €265 per year
Public Sector Subscription: €130 per year
Full Member
Full Membership is available for those willing to make an ongoing commitment to the ULI, contributing their experience, insights and financial support. Our Full Members are owners, developers, corporate real estate executives and principals from professional service firms, the public sector and financial institutions. Full members are eligible to serve on ULI’s European Councils. Further benefits for Full Members include:
• Invitations to exclusive events limited to Full Members and industry leaders
• Eligibility for national and international ULI leadership positions
• A complimentary subscription to Property EU Magazine (usually €395 annually)
• Eligibility to join one of ULI’s European Councils, evaluating key real estate topics from a leadership position and networking at a senior and pan-European level.
Private Sector Subscription: €565 per year
Public Sector Subscription: €240 per year
Young Leader
The Institute offers a special membership category for people under 35, providing all the benefits of ULI associate membership, together with events and content specifically designed for those in the earlier stage of their career.
Young Leader Subscription: €170 per year
Student Member
The need for university-based real estate education motivated ULI’s founders to create the Institute. Student Memberships are available for a nominal fee to applicants in full-time education.
Student Subscription: €60 per year
